Laser Printer and Copier Cartridges
Prxinters warrants our toner cartridge to be free from defects in material and workmanship during its useful lifetime. If a defect is found we will, at our option, replace the cartridge free of charge (within 1 year of the date of purchase). This warranty does not apply to cartridges which are empty as a result of normal use or damage from abnormal use, misuse,
neglect or accident.

Prxinters further warrants that if at any time under normal use and service conditions, the specified toner cartridge causes abnormal wear and/or deterioration to the printer or copying equipment on which the product was properly used, Prxinters will repair or replace, at our option, the printer or copying equipment. For reimbursement, keep the defective cartridge and call Prxinters for service on your printer. Satisfactory evidence must be provided to show that the equipment damage was due to a defect in the Prxinters cartridge. You may, at your expense, get a second opinion on the repair of your printer from
another AUTHORIZED SUPPORT PROVIDER. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
